I was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, where I also studied Textile Design and majored in Print Making at Shankar College of Engineering and Design.
My journey began in 2011, when I immigrated to the US to work as a print designer. I’ve since established my own studio, working with a variety of clients from around the world, designing prints and patterns for the Fashion, Home and Accessory industries. I also work as an educator in various collegiate settings, giving lectures and workshops about the textile industry, trend development, fashion illustration and other important facets.
My aesthetic comes from my strong and determined tactile sensibility. I first communicate through a brush and pen, interacting live with a page or canvas before transliterating the work into print and repeat patterns. This way, the truth and ambition of the painted line can resonate in every work created. My work is full of color; small variegated tapestries in even the most rudimentary of designs.
The intention is to incorporate the full spectrum in my palette, with a surgical precision and the figurative contrasting, non-linear fragments of the experimental and dream-like constructions that emerge of their own volition on the page.
Services include hand-made artwork, print-and-pattern painting, CAD design, graphic design, art and color direction and production development.
